Who Will Win the FIFA World Cup in 2022? Our Predictions

So, the World Cup is coming up. (Crazy, right?) And you're probably wondering who's going to take home the trophy.

Don't worry, we're here to help. We're going to take a look at all the teams that are competing and make some predictions about who's going to come out on top. (Disclaimer: we make no guarantees about the accuracy of these predictions.)

So, without further ado, let's get started!

Usa

So, who is going to win the FIFA World Cup in 2022?

Some people are saying that the United States of America has a good chance, as they have a really strong team this year. They have some amazing players, including Christian Pulisic and Megan Rapinoe, both of whom are considered to be very talented.

However, there are other teams who are also considered to be very strong contenders. France is always a contender, as are Brazil and Germany. It's going to be interesting to see who comes out on top!

England

So, who do you think is going to win the World Cup in 2022?

It's a tough question to answer. But we're going to go out on a limb and say that England is going to take home the trophy.

There are a few reasons for this. First, they have an incredibly strong team, with some of the best players in the world. Second, they have home-field advantage. And finally, they're currently in the midst of a bit of a winning streak, which could give them the momentum they need to carry them all the way to victory.

France

It's hard to look past France as the favorites to win the World Cup in 2022.

They boast an impressive squad, with players from some of Europe's biggest clubs. And as the team that won the World Cup in 2018, they'll be looking to make it two in a row.

The French team is well-rounded and capable of beating any opponent on their day. They're solid defensively, thanks to the likes of Raphael Varane and Samuel Umtiti, and they have plenty of firepower going forward, with Antoine Griezmann, Kylian Mbappé and Ousmane Dembélé all capable of scoring goals.

They'll face some stiff competition from some of the other teams in the tournament, but if they play to their potential, they should be able to lift the trophy in Qatar.

Brazil

The Samba Kings are always a tough team to beat and they will be looking to make amends for their disappointing performance in 2018 when they were knocked out by Belgium in the quarter-finals.

Led by Neymar, Brazil have a wealth of attacking talent at their disposal and if they can keep their star man fit, they will be a force to be reckoned with in Qatar.

In terms of the squad, Brazil will be looking to bring through some of the young talent that has been impressing at club level in recent years.

The likes of Vinicius Junior, Gabriel Barbosa and Rodrygo Goes have all been tipped for big things and they could play a part in Brazil's quest for World Cup glory in 2022.

Germany

Die Mannschaft is always a top contender, and they proved it again by winning the 2014 FIFA World Cup. They also came in second at the 2010 FIFA World Cup, so they’re definitely a team to watch.

What makes Germany so strong is their team play. They’re not a one-man show like some other teams, which makes them more unpredictable and therefore harder to beat. Additionally, their defense is always solid, and they have a good mix of experience and youth on the team.

Their only drawback is that they don’t have a true superstar player like Lionel Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo. But overall, they’re a well-rounded team that’s always contenders for the title.

Spain

You might be wondering why we’re putting Spain so low on our list. Well, to be honest, it’s because they’ve been in a bit of a slump lately.

They didn’t even qualify for the 2018 World Cup, and they didn’t fare too well in the 2016 Euros either. Granted, they did win the 2010 World Cup, but that feels like a long time ago now.

Still, we can’t count them out completely. They have some world-class players like Sergio Ramos, Gerard Pique, and Sergio Busquets. And don’t forget about their head coach, Luis Enrique. He knows how to win big tournaments, having won the Euros with Spain in 2012.

So while Spain might not be our top pick to win the 2022 World Cup, they’re certainly a team to keep an eye on.

Let's wait
